Blown glass creations always have a mesmerizing beauty about them. This piece was blown into being at the time our Hotworks studio was in operation. From 2004 to 2008, we operated Singapore's first and only blown glass studio. During this time, we had the pleasure of hosting resident artists from various parts of the world including Czech Republic, UK, Australia and Japan, where they experimented on pieces and worked on various installations for projects in Singapore. This piece, along with the other blown glass pieces, are 100% handmade by artists, with only 1 piece of its kind. Kept safely in storage for a decade, this is a true piece of treasure.
